Campaigns that organize themselves.

Initiative-based campaign management. One campaign, multiple supported channels. Track copy, creative, keywords, audiences, budgets, notes, and imported performance in one place.

Campaign Manager

Most "campaign tools" are just task lists with a campaign name attached. GearHead's Campaign Manager works the way real campaigns actually run: one initiative spanning multiple channels, each with its own copy, creative, targeting, and performance data. Import supported CSV performance exports from Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn. Ask GearHead for strategy or analysis with the in-context "Ask GearHead" buttons. Built for authorized account teams coordinating multi-channel initiatives.

What it does for you

What you can actually do in Campaign Manager.

Initiative-based, not channel-bound

One campaign initiative can track Google, Meta, LinkedIn, radio, print, TV, direct mail, sponsorship, and other channels. Compare imported performance and make informed decisions; external ad changes stay in the ad platform.

Supported CSV import with overlap safety

Upload a supported Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn CSV to a selected campaign. GearHead validates dates and dimensions, skips exact duplicates, and stops changed overlaps for review.

"Ask GearHead" buttons

Use the panel's strategy and performance buttons to bring the selected campaign context back to GearHead. Ask practical questions about the verified data you imported and the assets you saved.

Multi-client / multi-account

Campaign data is isolated by GearHead account, with optional company association inside that account. Access follows the account's Campaign entitlement and authorized admin/staff roles.

Soft-deletes and archive

Campaigns archive cleanly when wrapped, keeping their assets, logs, channels, and performance records available for later restoration.

Memory-aware planning

Campaign changes, saved assets, imports, and detected anomalies can contribute high-signal context so later conversations stay connected to the work GearHead actually completed.

How it works

From setup to running in minutes

1

Create the campaign

Name the initiative and record its dates, budget, goals, geography, and audience.

2

Add channels

Add the supported channels you plan to use, then record channel budgets, dates, vendors, placements, tracking methods, and notes.

3

Import performance

Upload a supported Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn CSV to the selected campaign. GearHead reports exactly what was committed or stopped for review.

4

Ask, adjust, iterate

Ask GearHead to interpret the campaign or imported performance, then make external ad-platform changes in the system that owns those ads.

Real-world examples

Who's using Campaign Manager

Marketing Agency

Multi-client campaign management

An authorized agency team associates campaigns with client companies in its GearHead account, records channels and assets, and imports supported performance exports for review.

In-House Marketing Team

Cross-channel launch campaign

A launch initiative tracks its supported paid and traditional channels together. Imported performance, pacing, and anomaly alerts give the team a shared factual view.

Solo Marketer

Local service business growth

A regional service marketer tracks Google Ads, Meta, and offline channels, saves creative ideas, and uses supported CSV imports to keep the Campaign record current.

E-commerce

Seasonal campaign retrospective

After a seasonal campaign wraps, the marketer keeps its archived assets, logs, and imported performance available for factual follow-up questions and later restoration.
